This project was a special customised project used to pay international students in a time constrained basis International students who have arrive in Australia as part of an exchange program with Indonesia receive a stipend for their expenses in Australia. It is imperative that they receive their monies as soon as possible when they arrive in Australia. This Bot created student payment sites in the University ERP and batched payments allowing the Accounts Payable to make payments to the students on time.

• Student liason team provides the RPA team with a list of incoming students via an Excel file in a drop location.
• Bot begins the process by extracting the data and uploading the data into SQL table, Any duplicates are marked as exceptions and reported back to the student liason team
• Bot checks if a student site for the individual student is present in the ERP student for a payment transaction to be made.
• Bot extracts student banking details via student management application
• If a student site is not present the Bot will create the student site in Oracle.
• The bot will update the bank details if the banking details of any existing student sites are different.
• Once all required student sites have been created the Bot begins creating the payment in Oracle
• Payments made by the AP team to students as soon as possible as these are urgent payments.

• Payments made to new overseas students on a timely basis.
• Turn around times greatly improved as these payments are required on a same day basis.
• Savings in manpower during the end to end automation of the process.
• Reduction in duplications and errors due to the auotmation of the process.
